Organizational resilienceis an effective goal that continuously contributes to the organization`s performance during disasters and crises and enables organizations to manage complex challenges. Organizational resiliencerefers to the capacity of an organization to reduce the negative effects of a crisis and to continue to act normally after an incident. Organizational resilienceis very important for two reasons: first, community resilienceand organizational resilienceare highly interdependent, and second, because resiliencecan provide organizations with competitive profits. Components and indicators of measuring and evaluating organizational resiliencecan be divided into four key organizational needs: 1- The need to prove progress against more resilience, 2- The need of resilienceindicators to be at the forefront (in the face of backwardness), 3- The need to link the improvement of organizational flexibility with competition and 4- The need to prove a business case for resilienceinvestors to participate. However, examining the texts of organizational resilienceis the beginning of filling the gap and focusing on the characteristics of revitalized and prosperous organizations.
